These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for the use of the web service "Multi Looper" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Netwiz LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a free web application that allows users to create multiple sections of YouTube videos and play them back in a loop. The Company may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice to users.
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service: actions that violate laws or public order; actions that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties; actions that interfere with the operation of the Service; unauthorized access or attempts thereof; and any other actions the Company deems inappropriate.
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Copyrights of YouTube videos played through the Service belong to their respective rights holders. Users shall view videos in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or changes to the Service. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service.
Loop section settings created through the Service are stored in the user's browser (localStorage). No personal user data is stored on our servers. The Company is not responsible for recovering settings data lost due to browser data deletion or other causes.
The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to users. Revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
